We want you to be happy with your Red Hat Society Store purchase. We recognize that every now and then your purchase doesn't work out the way that you expected. Our goal is to always handle your return graciously.
GUIDELINES
Returns with a receipt:
In the event that the items you have ordered are the wrong size or just unsatisfactory, we ask that you send the package back to us in saleable condition for a full, money-back guarantee within 60 days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the items are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
After 60 days, no items will be accepted. Sorry, all sales on clearance items are final.
Media Returns:
CD's, DVD's, Audiotapes, Videotapes, and Electronics: Must be returned unopened and unused. Damaged merchandise will be exchanged only for the same item. Books and Calendars: Must be returned unused and unmarked.

Shipping within the United States
Standard delivery is UPS for shipping within the United States only. You may ship via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, Overnight Saver, or Overnight.
International Shipping
If you are shipping to an address outside the United States, please call 1-866-FUN-AT-50 and we will assist you in determining the shipping/handling cost for your order. If you are calling from outside the US, please call 714-870-1180, as the toll-free number will not operate internationally. Express options are not available for Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations.

Congratulations on being a Purple Perks Member! With your purple perks membership, you receive a 10% discount off of your merchandise total before tax with a valid member ID number.
COUPON CODES
From time to time, we may offer coupon code promotions to be used in the on-line store. To redeem a coupon, shop as you normally would. You will not need to enter your coupon until you check-out your shopping bag.
During the check-out process, you will see a place where you can enter the code from your coupon. The amount of the coupon will then be automatically subtracted from your total, which you can review before your payment is processed.
Coupon percentage discounts are calculated using your order subtotal only. Tax and shipping are not subject to percentage discounts.
