1.How soon will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped out within 5-7 days.
2.What if I don’t have a photo on my computer?
You can print off an order form and send it to Hatquarters with your photo.
3.What type of photo files can I upload?
You must have your photo saved in .jpg format to upload it to the site.
4.Can I order just 1 Greeting card?
Right now the greeting cards are sold by the dozen, but check back soon for more ordering options.
5.What if I want to submit my artwork for consideration in becoming featured on the Purple Printing Products?

6.What if I notice a problem with my order after I receive it?
If you have received a product that has a printing related issue on it, please contact our Member Services department and we will fix the problem for you as quick as we can.
7.What if I am having problems uploading my picture?
If you are uploading a .jpg file and are still having problems, please notify us so we can help you or fix and troubles you might be having.
8.What resolution should my photo be saved in?
Your photo should be 300dpi or better at printed size. If your photo looks fuzzy or pixilated on your proof it will most likely not print off on the final piece any better. Please try another picture or use a higher resolution version.
9.What if I am looking for a product not featured on the site?
Please contact us with any ideas or suggestions you have for products to be featured.
10.What if I want to place an exact reorder.
You can simply reprint a past order by contacting us with the past order number or your information.
11.What if I saw a product or design on the site that is no longer there but I still want to order it?
We feature many designs that are limited edition prints or products that we have discontinued because they might have not been as popular as others. So often once a product is no longer featured on the site it is no longer available.
12.How can I track my orders progress?
If you look at the top of the site there is a button with a truck on it that will bring you to our order status page.
13.Do you accept Pay Pal?
We do not currently accept Pay Pal, but offer many alternative purchasing methods.
14.Is the Purple Printing Center a Secure Processing Site?
Yes, we take great care in assuring that your information is processed in a secure environment. We will never store any of your private payment information in anyway. You can view our security certificate when you double click on the lock symbol on the status bar at the check out page.
15.Can I purchase these products at the Fullerton, CA Store?
Yes, our service team will be happy to assist you in placing your order when you visit us at our retail location.
16.What type of stock do you print on?
We print all of our calling cards and trading cards on a thick 12 point stock and apply a UV finishing coat to them to add durability and thickness to the finished piece. Our envelopes are #10 style with no windows. Our letterhead are printed on a matching stock to our envelopes, and is printed on a 70lb bright white stock. Our greeting cards are 4.125 inches by 5.5 inches and are printed on a sturdy 100lbs stock.
17.How do you print your products?
The Purple Printing Center takes great pride in its printing quality. Our products are printed on state of the art offset and digital printing presses. Your final product will be crisp and professional.
18.What if there is a misspelling on my final print?
It is very important that you check you proof prior to printing for any misspellings or punctuation errors. We can not take responsibility for products you approved prior to checkout that were in error. We print what you provide us. If we can help in anyway with your ordering process please let us know.
19.Can I use the Red Hat Society Logos?
